After being blown away by your enthusiasm at the very first Techno Factory we had no other choice than to continue! We can’t wait for another night full of the melodic, deep, raw, pumping techno you know us for! And the entire crew can’t wait to spend it together with you!
Making sure the night will be one to remember are DJ’s Julian Ruiz, Sascha Heinrichs and Marc Mescola together with Retinal Rupture Visuals.
Julian Ruiz
With Spanish roots but raised in the Netherlands, Julian joined the illegal rave scene of Amsterdam in the early 90s and started performing in 1994.
Playing in clubs like the infamous Fun Factory, Club 114, the Megafestatie, Multigroove, Lang zal je Raven, Ondergronds Verzetje, Once Upon a Time project’s and many more.
His repertoire ranges from Old School to Acid, Hard Style, Club House, Tech House and Psy-trance but he mostly plays Techno.
Julian has his own Radio show at AmsterdamsMostWanted (AMW FM) since spring 2019 where he forms a unity together with his wife Nikie.
We are very proud to have Julian at our second Techno Factory and are looking forward to a great pumping techno set with some Old School, Acid and House influences!
Sascha Heinrichs
We are proud to welcome Sascha as the first German techno DJ at Techno Factory!
A gig in the legendary Odonia Club after winning a competition of Cologne’s Odonia Noire Festival was the start of Sascha Heinrichs’ DJ career. Based in Kleve, this DJ and producer has a passion for driving and melodic techno with pulsating heavy baselines and powerful dark raw elements. His sets serve one purpose only: to bring you goosebumps, moments of pure happiness and ecstasy!
In addition to playing at various festivals and clubs in Nordrhein-Westfalen, Sascha is a resident of Druckfabrik and regularly plays radio shows at Südstadtbeats Cologne, TechnoDOM Cologne and more. We believe Sascha’s sound fits perfectly with our well-known pumping techno sound.
Marc Mescola
Last on the list, but definitely not least is Marc Mescola, the founder of Techno Factory! With a true passion for techno, he loves taking the crowd on an unforgettable techno journey with a sweet spot in the 134-140bpm range. House, Trance, Old School, Techno, Hard Techno and even Schranz have influenced his taste, which can still be heard in his sets.
Marc has his own Radio show at ClubReadyRadio where he performs every friday, but you might also know him from the first edition of Techno Factory, SundayPeople, livestreams with IVON at AmsterdamsMostWanted (AMW FM) and more! He will soon keep the dancefloor energized non-stop at Druckfabrik Germany!
We are sure you’ll have an ecstatic experience on the dance floor during the deep, raw, melodic and pumping techno journey Marc will take you on!
Retinal Rupture Visuals
To provide you with yet another treat for the eyes, we have David and Jordanah of Retinal Rupture Visuals to make the night just that bit more special.
David has 30 years of experience as a graphic designer and 3d visualizer, working for an international design firm. Jordanah began in Miami where she created murals, worked in Miami broadcasting and as an international school art teacher.
She has developed a large unique original library of video art with 1000’s of pieces. For techno, fast moving layered flashing pieces of unworldly creatures of darkness and beauty offset with lines and textures. The use of textures, architecture, nature, figurative designs, faces, cyborgs, aliens and sex, create the questions they want to impose.
How do we continue to merge ourselves as part of the technology? How do we define this mergence and contend with the human desire for power, wealth, health and beauty? Does it save or destroy us? Jordanah’s visual fantasy revolves around these questions and contrasts of exploitation and beauty. The role of technology, crossing into humanity, the way it can bring light and yet lead us into darkness.
