IN SOLITUDE and BEASTMILK – on European tour
Heavy Metal is written in capital letters here. Swedish Metallers IN SOLITUDE are
heading on a European tour together with Finnish Rockers BEASTMILK, starting from
October on.
Their most current albums have been released in 2013 already, but they haven´t really
played live so far.
Somewhere captured between Horrorpunk, Postpunk and Sleaze Metal, BEASTMILK
could already convince fans and journalists at the same time with their horror show full
of eye make up and a sound that reminds of a more gloomy version of Joy Division. Even
though the band has been just releasing their debut album „Climax“ end of 2013, people
even in the United States already started to be crazy on them.
IN SOLITUDE from Uppsala have been around for a bit longer already. Their third album
„Sister“ came out last year and the band looks back to some gigs at bigger festivals such
as Wacken oder Metalcamp already. Their music mixes up dark atmospheres
comparative with Mercyful Fate along with double guitar attacks that you might know
from Iron Maiden. The two guitar players Niklas Lindstrom and Henrik Palm seem tob e
hungry for these double riffs and make an adventure out of IN SOLITUDE for everyone
loving rich guitar sounds.
