1 april krijgen we hoog bezoek! Deze sicke folkrock/gipsyjazzband uit Plymouth heeft inmiddels zijn sporen verdiend, en komt die ook nog even bij ons achterlaten! Gek genoeg kun je er voor drie luttele eurootjes bij zijn.

Blend a unique mixture of folk rock, pop, gypsy jazz, bluegrass and ‘shake your ass’ music and you’ve got Mad Dog Mcrea. From self-penned songs of adventure, drinking, love and life, to traditional songs of gypsies, fairies, legless pirates and black flies – Mad Dog never fail to capture their audience with their infectious songs.
Thanks to three storming gigs at Glastonbury 2013 (notably the AvalonStage), the release of their official video ‘Happy Bus’, regular radio play by esteemed folk such as Mike Harding, and in no small part the utter dedication of their huge fan base – momentum is definitely gathering pace.
In constant demand and having played just about every festival and two-bit, jibe-arsed dive in Christendom Mad Dog Mcrea toured the UK at the end of 2014 on their Longer Road Tour.
